Abstract:
Research on exoplanets by means of formation, detection and searching for signature of life in habitable zone of stars became an important area in recent years, perusing to answer an old questions of “Are we alone in the Universe?”

In this talk I will review the astrophysical application of gravitational microlensing for detection of extrasolar planets. The results of ongoing observations will be reported and future plans for the detection of Earth-mass planets and possible signature of life will be discussed in this talk.
